UNO Restaurants is looking for a Group Tours/Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our team!


The Group Tours/Accounts Receivable Coordinator will be responsible for managing the administration of UNO’s group tours bookings and duties associated with the company’s accounts receivable department. This individual will also have general accounting responsibilities and will interact closely with both internal and external business partners to increase new business through groups and individual sales.





Job Responsibilities:

  • Organize and help facilitate sales events and the coordination of group tours
  • Generate and manage contracts for group tours bookings
  • Process customer invoices in a timely manner
  • Apply check, credit card and electronic payments to customer accounts on a daily basis, performing credit and collection functions in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Reconcile aging accounts and produce weekly and monthly reports to internal business partners
  • Establish and build relationships with business partners to assist in all billing and collection activities
  • Ensure overall internal controls are implemented to ensure integrity of Accounts
  • Maintain receivable files and financial reporting
  • Develop weekly and monthly Excel reports tracking and analyzing business performance
  • Assist with special projects as needed




  • Restaurant experience strongly preferred
  • Must have strong communications (verbal and written) and customer service skills
  • Proficient using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe to create reports and other materials for dissemination to vendors, client accounts
  • Knowledge of general accounting and accounts receivables work experience
  • Able to multi task throughout the course of their daily work
  • Hands on execution skills with excellent business, organizational, planning and time management skills with strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
  • Knowledge of financial and accounting software applications, Oracle knowledge and MAS-500 a plus.
